CONCEPTUAL DESIGN: In this creative phase, we generate ideas and concepts. We explore various design possibilities, considering aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Conceptual sketches, diagrams, and visual presentations help communicate the vision.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: We refine the chosen concept into a detailed design. As needed, we create plans, elevations, and 3D models. Factors such as cost, materials, and maintenance are considered during this stage. Collaboration with engineers, horticulturists, and other specialists ensures a comprehensive design.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION: We produce detailed construction documents, which may include technical drawings, specifications, and material lists. These documents will be used to build your project.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION: If you choose to use our Design/Build Method, it streamlines the process, resulting in advantages like a single source of contact, reduced costs, and faster project delivery and completion. Our designers and contractors work as a team, providing the highest level of site engineering, construction management, and construction work.
