Our planning process starts by developing Project Programming and Design Criteria. Next, all data collected from comprehensive site analyses are documented and graphically illustrated to determine site opportunities for development and any project limitations. Then, elements of the Design Criteria are placed into their respective functional groups, and proposed features are arranged into a Comprehensive Site Master Plan. If desired by the client, color-rendered perspective drawings are then prepared to depict the design layout, proposed features, and all site attributes.
